The Admin Specialist will be responsible for supporting the various departments at Athena by handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure a seamless and positive experience within the organization.
Responsibilities
Puts Athena's engagement strategies into action and makes sure that programs run smoothly
Monitors Athena engagement program's progress and measures their success
Collaborates with cross-functional teams, and gets a pulse about what contributes to providing an overall great experience here at Athena
Other administrative duties as assigned

You are an excellent communicator. You have good written and verbal communication skills and are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
You are able to write succinct reports and present data in a very clear manner (includes proficiency with digital documents and spreadsheets).
