ADMIN OFFICER
 
Qualifications: 
Preferably female, college level or graduate 
Knowledgeable in MS Word & Excel
Able to do office work and admin-related functions
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Can work with minimum supervision
Strong time management skills
Responds timely to tasks or requests
Must be detail-oriented
Has the initiative to learn independently
Job Description:
Complete daily set tasks
Assist top management in handling and managing employees
Prepare regular reports for top management
Perform office work (printing, encoding, analyzing, document editing, et cetera)
Monitor emails regularly
Look after management's interest
Set reminders for management and the company
Communicates with guests, suppliers, and customers in person or by telephone.
Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information
Ensures projects are completed by reminding employees of their assigned tasks
Ensures proper communication is observed in the company to prevent miscommunication
All other duties as assigned
