After 10 years of operations, our manpower complement has grown to 150 employees with expertise in the field of documentation & logistics. We are continuously expanding and has developed multiple businesses in the field of logistics.
 
Our main office is located in Zone 5J Bridges Townsquare, Plaridel St. Alang-Alang, Mandaue City which is a very strategic in location, we are 5 mins from the airport and 10 mins from the seaport. And we have a satellite office inside PEZA zone with several staff assigned to have easier access to customers inside PEZA. Another satellite office located in Special Economic zone westside of Cebu. With these satellite offices, it could also hasten transactions with PEZA and Customs offices.
Our Services include Forwarding, Brokerage, Warehousing and Customized Operations.
 
Job Overview
 
Administrative assistants play an important role in organizing, managing, and keeping an office running. Most administrative assistants are responsible for clerical and organizational tasks like filing, organizing, scheduling appointments, assisting other staff members, and drafting correspondences or messages. Administrative assistants also use computers extensively to work with spreadsheets, create presentations and reports, and manage databases.
 
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Review and maintain written and computer files, plus conduct data entry
Assist in the coordination of administrative functions, including budget, personnel, meetings, and clerical duties
Research and collect information
Assist with all budget activities, including accounting
Help implement new programs, procedures, methods, and systems
Conduct fiscal reviews, surveys, and collect information on administrative matters
Responsible for preparation of confidential documents and reports
Maintain meeting minutes
Coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences
Coordinate operations, including purchasing, equipment, property inventory, building, equipment, and disposal
Maintain complete stock of all office supplies and accuracy of inventory
Connect with building vendors to carry out fixes and improvements
Job Specifications
Graduate of any four-year course
Ability to type a certain rate of words per minute
Must be keen on details
Works with less supervision
Collaborates well with the team
