Mactan Pools is a growing company, specializing in swimming pool construction, maintenance and supply of equipment
Established in early 2016 we have seen continues growth and now looking for a hardworking and dedicated individual to join our expanding team.
Our business has grown from small pool provider to major supplier / provider, with such as Sheraton Beach Club, Shangri-la Resort, Pacific Cebu Resort, and Sterling Resort among many. We now have a thriving consignment, Business, Supplying many of the top hardware stores with swimming pool equipments.
The company is open 6 days a week and closed on sundays (8:00am - 5:00pm Mondays - Saturday )
 
ADMIN EXECUTIVE
 
Qualifications / Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be a graduate, preferably in business administration or any 4 years course
Fresh Graduate Are WELCOME. (Must be willing to learn)
Male / Female;
The Candidate should be self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision
The Candidate should visit third party consignment site to update inventory and trouble shoot any problems.
Field telephone calls from customers, keep stocks inventory, update price list and liaise with suppliers on new orders, Raise email and follow-up quotes/invoices keeping detailed updates.
The Candidate Will be working with an existing team and reporting directly to the managing director of the company.
Must have had at least 1 year working experience in a company using our business administration skills
Must be able to handle usual business administration duties including but not limited to salary, raising and filing of invoices, warehouse inventory, purchasing & basic accounting, human resources
Must be proficient in computer software especially Microsoft word / excel / power point
Communication skills in will be required (In Writing and Verbal)
Candidates must be willing to multi task and work under pressure, assisting where necessary in all areas of the business and drivers would be an advantage
Keen attention to details and ability to keep record and files organized
Data entry with strict attention to details.
Summary:
The right candidate should be smart in appearance, confident in their ability to communicate and connect with people. You will be reporting to the Manager.
The successful candidates will join a thriving company with good prospects of growth. You will be given the necessary training and knowledge to assist you in marketing for in house sales.
 
You maybe required as part of your job vocation to travel to our third party consignment vendors for inventory, cleaning and training purposes.
