As an Admin and Payroll Specialist, you'll interact with general management, HR managers, and employees, by responding to HR-related requests. You'll be at the heart of a dynamic international team and communicating with many countries across Europe.

What you'll do
You'll become an expert in managing an employee's life cycle from his onboarding to the off-boarding through his day to day needs,
You'll learn how to communicate in a professional and efficient manner using dedicated channels with different stakeholders,
You'll master organizing your working day to be the most efficient based on your workload,
You'll be introduced to world-class software such as Workday, SAP, and ServiceNow,
You'll be solicited to share your insight to support the continuous improvement activities using your best teamwork skills.
What you'll need
You have a Bachelor's or equivalent degree,
You're fluent in English,
You are feeling comfortable with IT tools such as Excel on a high level or any other automated programs,
You want to join an international company and develop new practical competencies or build on your current once,
You have a sharp mind with an interest in solving problems and striving to quickly become an essential part of the Admin & Payroll team.
