As an Admin and Payroll Specialist you'll interact with general management, HR managers and employees, by responding to HR related requests. You'll be at the heart of a passionate international team and communicating with many countries across Europe.

What you'll do
You'll become an experienced professional in managing employee's life cycle from their on-boarding to the off-boarding through their day to day needs.
You'll develop, enhance and streamline internal processes where possible.
You'll communicate with other departments to resolve employee issues.
You'll be introduced to world-class softwares such as Workday, SAP, and ServiceNow.
You'll prepare all letters or contracts for any changes to employee terms and conditions.
What you'll need
You have a Bachelor's or equivalent degree.
You're fluent in English (Dutch would be a benefit).
You are feeling comfortable with IT tools such as Excel on a high level or any other automated programs.
You want to join an international company and develop new practical skills or develop on your current once.
You have a sharp mind with an interest in solving problems and striving to optimize processes.
