If you're keen to join, we're looking for an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team in Manila.
You will be responsible for managing payments in our clients' accounts and ensuring there are no customer accounts with overdue balances. In this role, you will be in contact with customers helping maintain accurate account payments and balances.
What you'll be doing:
Apply and process payments from customer accounts, including checks, EFT's, and CC
Manage customer accounts, including accounts with past due balances to ensure timely payments
Be responsible for disputing chargebacks and maintaining accurate and complete notes of conversations with customers
Identify, prepare and forward accounts to the appropriate collection agencies
Collaborate with collection agencies through on-going communication to resolve issues in accounts
What you need to bring:
We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:
Proven experience in a finance or accounts receivable position
Previous experience in a customer-facing role
You are self-motivated, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills
Our hiring process is very straightforward. You'll undergo a preliminary video screening and the whole process will be conducted at the comfort of your own home, through Zoom or Google Meet. No need to go through Manila's heavy traffic!
