To be a successful candidate, you will work closely with the accounting team. You will need to be in control of this role and be able to support the operational function of this fast-paced organization.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Processing of broker closings (eGlobal system)
Correspondence via email with NZ-based suppliers/customers
Bank Reconciliations
Accounts Payable entry (credit card and creditors)
Update client payment and transactional data
Assisting from time to time, with receipting of daily transactions
Periodic AR support and general assistance with client entry as and when required
