We are now seeking applicants for the position of Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team based in Manila, Philippines.
What's Involved?
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the Accounts Payable Specialist purpose is to handle the full set/scope of all Accounts Payable transactions processed in the Centre of Excellence(COE), Manila (by assigned country). Transactions are processed in line with company processes and procedures using internal systems such as AMOS, SMARTS and SERVICE ENGINE systems. In addition liaising with colleagues within the COE and other locations within the ASME region to resolve queries. Further to this, you will undertake the following daily tasks:
Account all incoming vendor invoices
Posting invoices to AMOS and SUN system
Account all disputed vendor invoices
Gather all vendor statement of account
Reconcile all vendor SOA to subsidiary ledger
Prepare creditors age analysis
Process vendor payment online
Book and allocate all payments.
Properly archiving vendor invoices.
Who Are We Looking For? This position is well suited to a highly organised individual with excellent time management & strong attention to detail skills. Ideally our candidate will possess:
B.S. Accountancy graduate preferred.
1-3 years of accounts payable transaction experience, end to end process.
Well verse in Excel
Knowledge of accounting system - SunSystem (preferred)
Able to multi-tasks
Excellent written and verbal English.
Good Time management and problem solving skills
