What will you do?
You will enjoy a varied role ensuring all supplier bills are processed in Realtair's accounting system (Xero) and appropriate purchase orders are raised and processed, in accordance with Realtair's Purchasing Policy
Accounts Payable - Realtair Pty Ltd
Ensure all new suppliers are set up correctly in Xero
Ensure supplier bills are raised for suppliers within 24hrs of receipt
Ensure all bills for suppliers are filed against the Xero entry
Respond to supplier bill disputes within 24hrs, and resolution within the month, prior to the next payment date
Process approved credits within 24hrs of identification
Process bill payment files in accordance with supplier terms
Processing of purchase orders in Approvalmax, ensuring correct approval and chart of accounts assignment
Management of subscription payments and effecting correct approval with the business owner
Accounts Payable-Realtair Inc.
Processing of Purchase Orders in Approval Max/Xero, ensuring correct approval and chart of accounts assignment.
Process bill payment files in accordance with suppliers' terms. (Documents such as but not limited to, PO, Suppliers' Quotation, Delivery Receipt, Official Receipt, Acknowledgement Receipt, and any other related documents.
Preparing and issuing the BIR Form 2307 for the suppliers with expanded withholding tax
Ensure that all PH suppliers provide their BIR form 2303 or Certificate of Registration with BIR.
Manage the procurement for the amount of the purchase P3,000.00 and above.
Month End Reconciliation of Accounts Payable against payment made within the month.
Regular monitoring of AP reports/tracker and ensure that all AP documentation are filed completely and appropriately in a centralized folder.
Monthly filing of Tax Relief for Purchases.
Yearly filing of Suppliers' Alphalist to BIR.
AD-HOC (AP related)
What we need from you?
Minimum 2 years - experience in a similar role, software company preferred
IntermediateExcel and word skills
Excellent problem-solving skills - demonstrates the ability to do what is necessary to find a solution
Excellent communication skills and experience dealing directly with international customers
Familiarization with PH Taxation and PH accounting/government regulation is a plus
