Tools required: Computer, noise cancellation headset, second monitor, stable internet, and backup internet connection.
Objective: We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable end-to-end process.
Roles / Responsibilities:
Review invoices from vendors for accuracy and validity.
Send invoices to operations for approval.
Process payment checks to pay vendor invoices.
Reconcile vendor Statement of Accounts and request for missing invoices.
Reconcile monthly Credit card and Bank statements.
Provide information for monthly P&L and accounts payable reports.
Enter and update approved vendor information in the medical facility's accounting database.
Job Requirements:
Must have an experience working for US Skilled Nursing Facility
Bookkeeping diploma with at least 3 years relevant experience as a bookkeeper.
Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounting procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good written and spoken English communication.
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
GL code knowledge is a plus.
Experience working with Stampli (preferable)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and foster teamwork.
