The Accounts Payable Clerk will manage and help to control expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices. If you're interested in the opportunity to expand your skills by working with the Finance team of a growing technology company, this may be the position for you.
What you'll be doing:
Verify, code, and match invoices; enter them into our accounting system
Complete monthly credit card and bank account reconciliations, including journal entries
Manage employee expense reimbursement policies and payments
Review invoice approvals and maintain vendor accounts
Collaborate with internal staff at all levels to ensure accounting tasks are completed as required by the AP department
What you need to bring:
Proven experience in a similar position
DEC or similar in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience
Knowledge of Excel and perfect written and spoken English
Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities and meet critical deadlines
Excellent time management and organization skills and attention to detail
Even better if you have, but not necessary:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Proficiency in any accounting package
Experience with Coupa & Netsuite
