Job Description
Verifies validity and correctness of invoices from Foreign Vendors, as well as proper charging to appropriate accounts and cost centers;
Prepares and monitors Group's Foreign Cash Position and Foreign Currency funding requirements;
Validates invoices based on supporting documents for Foreign Vendor payments;
Determines accounts and cost centers, inputs, and posts entries for payments in Accounting System of payments thru Accounts Payable Vouchers
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of Finance and Accounting-related course;
At least 1 year of related experience;
Knowledge in SAP is an advantage;
Knowledgeable in tax treatment of vendor payments;
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
