Qualifications:
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in accounting.
Excellent English communication skills.
Experience using MYOB Software is required.
Preferably with experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bookkeeping & General Accounting.
Ability to multitask and remain motivated at work.
Excellent Customer Service.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Preferably have worked in a Real Estate company.
Key Responsibilities:
Provides support to Company Accountant and Finance Controller.
Processing of payments and allocations.
Handles end of month accounting tasks.
Performs data entry, answer calls and respond to emails.
Liaises with suppliers, processing of supplier's invoice, credit returns, reconciliation and payments.
Handles bank receipting.
Other ad hoc accounting duties required
