ACCOUNTING SUPERVISORPACIFIC CONCRETE PRODUCTS, INC.

Responsible for the entry of all transaction in the SAP
Oversee daily transaction including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations.
Participate in a regular tax audit.
Strategically supervise, motivate and lead payroll team.
Review monitor implement new processes to better the department.
Proactive organized and sound analytical/problem solving skills.
Manage month end and year end closing.
Provide timely reports to management for decision making.
Monitor the daily performance of the accounting department.
Organize financial data into useable information and maintain updated records.
Track the progress of financial and accounting objectives.
Establish accounting policies and procedures aligned with company target.
Ensure compliance with the law.
