Ensure that all Billings and supporting documents are verified prior to processing Request for Payments (RFP)
• Preparation of Request for Payment (RFP) and all the necessary documents needed (SOA, Schedules, etc.)
• Preparation of Checks, Check Vouchers, EWT (BIR Form 2307) if necessary and obtain approval
• Ensure that signed checks and (CV) vouchers were properly endorsed to Finance for Check release.- Ensure that all disbursements are properly recorded in the Company Ledgers, Subsidiary Ledgers and Columnar Notebook
• Daily posting of Check Vouchers and other pertinent transactions to Quick Books
• Ability to respond to inquiries pertaining to Billings, and other work related inquiries
• Performs clerical duties such as filing, sorting of incoming mails, routing of documents and other office/accounting errand etc
• A Graduate of BS in Accountancy/Financial Management
