Duties & Responsibilities
- Record and code financial transactions to the appropriate accounts (asset, liability, equity, revenue, expense)
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation, credit card reconciliation.
- Handle all assigned balance sheet reconciliations on a timely basis to ensure all adjustment entries are booked in the month incurred.
- Prepare balance sheet review/analysis
- Analyze profit and loss statement comparing current vs prior period and prepare management report to capture areas to reduce cost and improve profit
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Support the month-end close by recording all necessary journal entries or necessary corrections
Position Requirements:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Accountancy
- Strong attention to detail, extreme confidentiality, and time management skills required
- Willingness to learn new accounting software.
- Good interpersonal skills and intermediate proficiency in all MS Office applications.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
