PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Accounting Specialist is responsible to keep the accounting and financial records accurate: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bookkeeping, General Ledger and other reports material in the preparation of Financial Statement.
The position is critical to safeguard the company financial record on a per company or per account basis. In the absence of the Accounting Officer/Supervisor, he/she is responsible to submit monthly Financial Reports to the management on a regular basis.
The position contributes to the achieving of the company financial objective through accurate and timely submission of reports. These reports are critical to management decision making, cash flow management and business sustainability.
CORE COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT:
GENERAL ACCOUNTING. The ability to properly record the Account Payables and Account Receivables and other related accounting transactions.
CASH MANAGEMENT. The ability to properly monitor and account cash advances, revolving funds and other cash related transactions. He/She shall be able to regularly check and recon company bank accounts, collections and payables status.
FINANCIAL REPORTING. The ability to timely submit monthly Financial Statement, accomplish month-end closing and accurately submit financial reports.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Willing to physical reporting to the office, Monday to Friday.
Preferably a resident of Pasig City or residing near Ortigas Center.
Preferably from a Real Estate or Brokerage company.
