JOB SUMMARY: Reviews and monitors the proper bookkeeping of accounts receivables including the processing, recording and billing of collections. Maintain and reconcile customer payments and collections in their corresponding accounts or ledgers and approve customer refunds or commission payments. Ensures proper delivery of statements, billings and receipts to customers. Process customer transactions involving back-out, cancellations, assignments and transfers. Validate and reconcile data in books for proper reporting and analysis.
