Maintain and reconcile the company's financial records.
Provide assistance in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Assist with bookkeeping and other accounting tasks.
Assist in preparing financial reports and similar documents.
Support audits by providing relevant documentation.
Monitor and comply with financial policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of Accountancy or any related courses.
Must have experience or knowledge in using Quickbooks.
Must understand accounting principles and processes.
Must be able to speak and understand in English.
Knows how to use MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Organized and understands the importance of collaboration.
Should be willing to work on-site (this is an on-site position).
Should be willing to work full-time (this is not a part-time position).
Should be willing to undergo training.
Available to start immediately.
