ACCOUNTING-IN-CHARGE
 
Qualifications:
Graduate in Accounting, Finance or related field.
With at least 1 year relevant  experience.
With experience in Management, Accounting or related field may be preferred.
Excellent leadership & Communication Skills.
Accounting In Charge Responsibilities:
Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
Supervising and leading a team of accountants and finance professionals.
Preparing and analyzing financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
Ensuring accurate and timely financial data entry and bookkeeping.
Monitoring and managing company accounts, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Implementing and maintaining financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Conducting regular audits and reviews to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies or irregularities.
Collaborating with other departments to gather financial information and support decision-making.
Developing and implementing financial strategies, goals, and budgetary plans.
Assessing financial performance and providing recommendations for improvement.
Preparing financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Managing financial relationships with customers, and other business partners.
Keeping up-to-date with accounting regulations, best practices, and industry trends.
Training and developing staff on accounting procedures and software systems.
Assisting with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Coordinating with external auditors during the audit process and addressing any audit recommendations or findings.
Identifying and mitigating financial risks and implementing internal controls.
Managing and maintaining financial databases and systems.
Communicating financial information effectively to senior management and executives.
Supporting the CFO or financial director in financial decision-making and strategic planning.
