HIRING: Sales and Marketing Events In-charge
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, organize, and execute sales and marketing events, including car displays, test drive events, product launches, and promotional activities to attract new customers and promote brand presence in CDO.
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and dealership teams to ensure seamless event coordination. Communicate event goals and requirements to internal teams and external partners.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners for event setup, materials, logistics, and on-site needs to ensure all events are executed professionally and within budget.
Develop and implement promotional strategies for events, including digital marketing, social media posts, email campaigns, and in-store promotions to increase event visibility and drive customer attendance.
Manage the budget for events, track expenses, and ensure events are cost-effective while meeting brand standards and goals.
Monitor event performance, gather customer feedback, and generate post-event reports to assess effectiveness, identify improvements, and refine future event planning.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in event management, marketing, or sales, preferably in the automotive or retail industry.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple events simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams, clients, and external partners.
Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to enhance event experiences.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, based on event schedules.
