Assists in the performance of functions relative to sales, audit, voucher preparation, inventory and general accounting.
Assist in the administrative work of Finance/Accounting Division.
Provides assistance to interface with regards to financial management.
Responsible for maintaining all accounting records of the company; assist in Financial Statement preparation; maintenance of all books of accounts for Accounts Payable/Purchases, payments and all kinds of disbursements and maintain Subsidiary Ledgers for each accounts; performs bank and accounts reconciliation. Performs auditing function as well.
Abide company rules & regulations and follow the instructions given by the management from time to time
Job Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Banking or equivalent.
At least 1 year experience in related field but not required.
Previous experience in bookkeeping, handling of A/R and A/P or inventory. an advantage
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
