They provide financial information to management by researching and analysing accounting data; preparing reports, submitting the reports to the client.Key Responsibilities
Handle reconciliation required by the BIR;
Assists to manage daily work with high complexity;
Maintains relationship with clients and internal/external stakeholders, BIR and other government departments on client company's affairs, etc.;
Query management with internal and external- 3rd party stakeholders;
Periodic update of process documentation.
Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers and relevant authorities.
Update and maintain records/information in ViewPoint.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements
Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any professional accounting certificate such as CPA/ ACCA/ CIMA.
2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a professional firm.
Able to meet deadlines and multi-task.
Confident, team player, yet able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Good interpersonal skills with a positive disposition.
Proficient in Microsoft applications.
