I. Basic Purpose of the Job
Responsible for SB Audit & vendor issue resolution, cash management, monthly accounts analysis and other GL related functions.
II. Reporting Relationship
Reports to the Accounting Section Head.
III. Major Duties and Responsibilities
SB Audit, vendor issue resolution and reconciliation of statement of accounts (SOAs)
Monthly Account Reconciliations and Cash Management
Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing
Assists in the audit requirements/schedules (e.g. financial, SOX, PWC, etc.)
Interface with management in various departments
Roamer to help out in other areas within the group
Qualifications
I. Job Specifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
· Experience
1-2 years general ledger accounting working experience
Preferably with audit experience
Oracle R12 financial application experience preferred
Preferably with experience working in a multinational company or a manufacturing industry
· Skills
Excellent Excel skills preferred
Effective and strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
Good written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization
