JOB SUMMARY
This role will be expected to actively partner with the Asia Regional Leadership and work closely with the account team in designing and delivering solutions to integrate the FM operations with the deliverables and financial commitment. Be the bridge between the Operations, Governance and Finance. Manage the Client expectations on the delivery and maintain high CBRE Standards. This role will be the focal point for all account reporting requirements as well as regional subject matter expert for the key technology tools used on account e.g MyVantage, ARMS, SI7, Avetta, Sharepoint, etc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with Asia Leadership Team to support the delivery of programs with country teams (e.g. sustainability, digitalization)
Perform analysis and identify trends for improvement
Develop and maintain governance reports/template and coordinate with regional leads to ensure timely completion monthly
Support WHS and Risk and Assurance tracking and reporting requirements, ensure all risks are raised in the system and findings and actions closed timely
Maintain account information (onboarding information, distribution lists, org charts, site information, etc.)
Focal point for developing engagement session presentations - townhall, birthday, etc
Assist to develop and maintain Rewards and Recognition program/reporting
Create CMMS Reports every month and work with country leads to ensure timely completion of work orders
Work closely with the functional and country Leads to report on initiatives e.g. finance, procurement, projects
Support the implementation of changes as required to relevant CBRE Playbooks
Maintain information on good news, success stories, innovations
Support Client onboarding and offboarding processes
Manage the client relationship and ensure a high level of service performance by CBRE
Liaise with colleagues to identify opportunities for improvement
Liaise with Customers and Clients as required
Other duties as assigned
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May lead project teams and/or plan, and supervise assignments of lower level employees.
Required Knowledge, Skills and traits:
At least 3-5 years' experience in the Facility Management Space
University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
Maintains a positive attitude towards routine tasks
Accurate and exceptional attention to detail.
Pro-active and enjoys working autonomously and as part of a wider team
Confident and assertive where required.
Confidence in dealing with Senior stakeholders
