Account Manager
Tetra Pak is looking for an Account Manager who will manage the designated customers, through a cross functional Team, by identifying opportunities to increase customer's profitability and mutual sustainable profitable growth. You will also be creating and managing/updating an account plan based on market company strategy and customer input, in line with overall customer strategy as well as product portfolio deployment and category plans.
This is the permanent role based in Manila, Philippines.
What you will do
As an Account Manager, you will:
Drive mutual sustainable profitable growth and customer's profitability
Drive identified operational KPI's together with technical
Work in collaboration with Marketing team to drive Growth opportunities within the assigned customers
Understand customer needs through proactive continuous customer diagnosis
Develop multi-level, cross functional customer relationship and secure strategic alignment
Drive Customer Satisfaction according to global processes
Understand Customers overall business (competitive environment, growth strategy, productivity, profitability)
Identify customer needs and drive opportunities in line with business strategy, category, portfolio and TS plans
Drive development of Account plans jointly with the customer and the team, targets and budgets and secure resources from Tetra Pak and customer
Actively pursue business opportunities through the Opportunity Management & Sales global process
Drive closure of sales contracts and execute implementation according to relevant global process
Define, review and optimize overall customer system cost
Pro-actively drive resolution of customer issues, including Cross boundary issues.
Secure accurate Sales Forecasting
Manage accounts receivables
We believe you have
University Degree in Economics, Marketing & Engineering would be an advantage
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Corporate Account Management or Sales & Marketing. B2B sales and marketing experience
Proven sales track record to expand new business and selling new concepts / technology
Good interpersonal and commercial skills to engage with customers and internal stakeholders
Resulted oriented and a goal -getter to achieve excellent results
Customer focus and able to work under pressure and solve issues independently.
Must Possess driving license
Willing to travel and work flexible hours to resolves customers' issues
Result oriented but patient in achieving result - make things happen
