Purpose of the Role:
Bring the integrator vision alive and to grow a first class operation model for WND product. Responsible for organic growth of existing customers and development of account management tools within area. Responsible for delivery of customer centric approach in ensuring that every step and every decision we make has a customer in mind
Responsibilities:
Profit & Loss
Responsible for P&L of all outsourced operations covering in the Area
Working capital performance
Responsible for organic growth of existing customers Product / Commercial
Work closely with operations to ensure delivery of KPIs is meeting contractual obligation
Ownership of monthly / quarterly business reviews with customers
Contract renewal of existing clients to ensure extension of services is secured
Onboarding of new customers after handover from Sales
Be the focal point of escalation for existing customers
Change Management program
General mng
Development of direct reports
Vendor / Customer contract management
Drive adherence to governance framework
Vendor / customer dispute resolution
Monthly / Quarterly Vendor review meetings
Leadership
Drive accountability across business
Coaching and training
Operational excellence
Ensure KPIs are met by driving customer standards
