Sage partners with advertising customers throughout the United States and we serve as their primary consultants on digital ads. This includes PPC, YouTube, Display, FB, and Instagram - although we are working less and less on FB and Insta.
Your job will be to own a book of business to optimize within Google Ads Platform, and lead weekly calls with customers to share the work we have done getting them closer and closer to their advertising goals. Checking on accounts daily and planning-out bidding, keyword, and ad text optimizations is fundamental to the role. Customer Success and making customers feel like we are 100% taking care of their advertising needs is very important. It's crucial that Account Directors are able to hear customer questions, and sometimes the question beneath the question and service the customer in the smartest way possible.
This will require working nights local Ph time to align with the United States East Coast or West Coast time zones.
5 years working in Google Ads and Analytics
Has 1 year+ experience managing customers in the US
Available to work nights and have zoom calls with customers in the US
Experience setting a 6-month strategy for customers who are new to Google Ads and can communicate and align with customers
