Position Summary The team member in this role will provide direct support by partnering with the business in assuring all client and TELUS International IDs and system credentials are fully functional at all times. Coordinates roster management to assure all information for IDs and credentials is correct. Owns timely submission of ID and credential requests. Directly troubleshoots inoperable IDs and credentials. Manages off-boarding of client credentials. In a project management capacity, oversees full resolution of any ID or credential issue. In addition, provides operational support in business review creation, performance and data analysis and general support of the operation. Works with minimal direction and brings their acute attention to detail and experience to the forefront to resolve issues. Functional Responsibilities As part of overall operational delivery and effectiveness, lead the process of obtaining IDs/credentials and assuring they remain fully functional throughout the team member lifecycle Coordinate and own roster management to assure all information for IDs and credentials is accurate Coordinate and own off-boarding of IDs and credentials in a timely manner Submit ID requests, timely, both to client and within TELUS International Lead testing of IDs/credentials; troubleshoot those not working properly In a project management capacity, oversees full resolution of any ID or credential issue Provide operational support in business review creation
