The Purpose Driven Career Objectives of a Partner Program Specialist ?
The Partner Programs Specialist will be highly focused on developing, documenting and executing processes related to Partner interaction. You will be responsible for creating documents to support Partner Program development - both internal and external facing. As a complementary part of this role you will also act as a partner advocate across all internal business units. The Partner Programs Specialist will be expected to act as the main point of contact for partners and Channel Account Managers to help drive timely and accurate responses to partner concerns and/or inquiries. In addition, you will aide in creating and implementing programs and processes that will ultimately make it easy for partners to do business with Zoom. ?
This role is best suited for strategic thinkers with top organizational & process management skills who thrive in fast-paced environments. ?
To apply for Partner Program Specialist, you are excellent at: ?
? * Assist with enrolling, onboarding, enablement and new product or program introduction to Zoom Partners including, but not limited to, account creation, contract management, documentation, and education.
? * Identify opportunities to streamline processes and work to implement across functional groups.
? * Support Product or Program launch activities, such as training and written communication
? * Assist with the development, management and dissemination of partner reporting and rankings for both internal and external stakeholders
? * Act as a partner concierge and help facilitate the review and resolution of all partner inquiries as they arise
? * Help drive data governance across systems to ensure accuracy
? * Proactively assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis
? * Help manage potential channel conflict among partners by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement and deal registration process
? * Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements and program processes
? ?
Your Success Profile includes: ?
? * Outgoing individual with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly and manage a range of diversified programs while maintaining consistency and optimal performance.
? * 2 - 3 years of industry experience working directly with channel partners and channel programs within the cloud, or equivalent
? * Ability to develop structured plans, actions and measurable metrics and effectively execute those plans
? * Highly collaborative, and partner-oriented professionally.
? * Strong bias to action and excellent time management and prioritization skills
? * Deep understanding of the partner ecosystem and program management
? * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
? * Bring data driven methodology and quantitative analytical skills
? * A bachelor's degree and prior work-related experience or equivalent
? * High attention to detail with a keen focus on the partner experience
? * Results-driven, critical thinker, with a proven track record working in a fast-paced environment
