Your Role
As an MIS Analyst, you are responsible for:
Providing reports and analytical support across the organization to enable data-driven decision-making and support strategic planning.
Responsible to generate raw data from various platforms to support business analytics and regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve mistakes.
Generate and distribute management reports in an accurate and timely manner.
Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
About You
For you to become a successful candidate for this role, you would need to:
Have 2 years of experience as an MIS Analyst or Reports Analyst.
A well-established 1-2 years of relevant experience in Reports generation, creation, or analytics.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent is preferred.
In-depth knowledge in using the following tools: CMS - Call Management system tool, AVAYA, Five9, Salesforce, and other reporting platforms and knowledge in VBA, Macros, Linked Data, pivot charts, and design tools.
