Additional responsibilities will be managing and maintaining master schedule of live day webcasts and overall producer coordination, maintaining/altering schedule entry formats, assisting with peak period forecasting, and ensuring all sessions are being archived properly. The Workforce Management Specialist will coordinate directly with Webcast Leads and Project Managers to assign and coordinate with any in last minute additions and special projects as they arise.
Responsibilities
Self-Service Support
Receive self-service request for live day support
Work directly with clients to confirm event details
Schedule in-take calls, assign producers based on difficulty levels, and manage handoff of events to producers
Ensure client is aware of best practices for transferring information to assigned producers
Check-in with producers to gauge progress with assigned self-service events
Scheduling
Work with teams to successfully schedule producers for webcasts
Monitor and alter formatting issues and missing information in event submissions
Help forecast for busy weeks and recommend additional labor requirements if needed
Work with 3rd party staffing agencies if required for additional support
Will need to understand different event types and how to assign appropriate resources
Communication
Strong communication skills are key to success
Scheduler will need to speak directly with client to understand scope and event details
Will need to relay pertinent information effectively to producers and supervisors
Skills/Experience
High School Diploma or BS/BA required
Minimum two years of operations experience in a call center environment required with experience in staff forecasting and scheduling preferred
Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel is required
Strong interpersonal skills a must
