Our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction drives our ongoing success.Job DescriptionWHAT YOU'LL DOResponsible for Workday Procurement and Workday Strategic Sourcing configuration, support, and maintenance activities such as:Setup of new users, user and security groupsMaintenance of foundational data and work tagsSetup of new business process rulesPerforming regular tests and root cause analysesSupport deployments and tenant maintenanceOversee and troubleshoot integrations (EIB)Collaborate with Technical Teams to ensure Workday fits into the broader HelloFresh system architectureCollaborate with external parties (e.g. Workday or Implementation Partner)Work with business stakeholders across various departments to understand their requirements and guide them on using Workday Procurement and Strategic Sourcing effectively.Support training sessions for end users.Formulate actionable recommendations/ workarounds based on data to meet business needsWHAT YOU'LL BRINGBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field. Masters degree is preferred but not mandatory3 years + experience with Workday Finance implementation, configuration, and maintenance in a multi-national environmentExperience with data migration and integration in WorkdayExemplary and demonstrable stakeholder management experience across diverse stakeholder groupsAbility to translate business requirements with complex business scenarios into changes to contracts, including attributes and rulesWorkday certifications are desirable but not mandatorySOFT SKILLSProfessional proficiency in English both oral and writtenGood communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsOrganized and excellent time management skillsAlways have a Can Do attitude, ready to support the teamResponsible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment and navigate complex situationsComfortable with ambiguityNice-to-have: experience working with international companies or teams
