WORK FROM HOME SOLAR RECRUITERS $5/HR + COMMISSIONS (47,000 PHP ++ /MONTH)
Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST with 1-hour Unpaid Lunch but has the flexibility to choose any 8-hour shift schedule from 8 AM-8 PM CST, with 1-hour unpaid break
Qualifications:
Experience in recruitment especially in the solar industry is preferred but not required
Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
Enthusiastic, passionate about hiring people and able to think on their toes
Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Little to No accent
Responsibilities:
Ability to engage in 3-8 minute conversations with potential applicants to determine if they should be interviewed.
Manage both inbound and outbound calls to recruit solar sales representatives in the US
Primary responsibilities include making calls, engaging with candidates, sending emails, coordinating interview schedules and assist in ensuring a seamless onboarding process for successful candidates, as needed.
