We are looking for a result-driven Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. The duties and responsibilities will include working closely with clients to determine their needs and answer their questions about our services. Ultimately, you should be part of a high-performance sales team and ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Get sales using various customer sales methods (cold calling, presentations etc)
Forecast sales, develop "out of the box" sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
Go the extra mile to drive sales
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
Meet personal and team sales targets
Requirements
Excellent selling, negotiation and proven to be effective communication skills in English, both written and oral
With 3 - 5 years of proven sales experience
Track record of over-achieving quota
Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
Highly organized and superb administrative skills
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Proficient in MS Office Suite
