So just what would you be doing as a ClearSource CSR? You'll need to connect with the caller, show empathy, then help them by making things as easy as possible. You will also be handling a bunch of other things:
Verifying coverage
Verifying a repair is necessary
Managing your own KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for growth
Offering insights on how operations could improve
Acting as the liaison between management and your customers
Requirements

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with how warranty programs work
Previous CSR or Customer Service Experience
Willingness to work different shifts
