Cactus Credit is a large financial technology company based in Vancouver, Canada
We're looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team in the Philippines. Someone that has exposure in reviewing, creating, and processing dispute letters in a Canadian Credit Company.
DUTIES:
Responsible for adding negative items to client's accounts in DisCo
Responsible for updating credit scores in DisCo
Emails clients if credentials become invalid for subsequent rounds
To review response letters from Equifax and TransUnion and update items in DisCo as necessary
Notes client's Salesforce account of removals/repairs upon review of response letters and/or when next round is due
Ensures client portal access is turned on before sending file update email
Acts as a backup for processor 2 if and when required
Advanced training will be provided
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 1 year proven customer service experience
Data Entry or similar experience is a plus but not required
Good command of both written and spoken English
No educational attainment required (High School graduates or ALS graduates are welcome to apply as long as the candidate meets the level of English required)
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiar with CRM systems and practices
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Must have their own computer not less than AMD 3 or less than i3 with 8 gig Ram
Must have their own internet connection at least 20mbps stable internet speed
Must have work headset
Must work in a relatively peaceful environment (free from dogs and chickens)
This is the job that pays you weekly with better rates!!!
3 pay increases on your first year! Will be paid weekly (every Friday):
1st month: Php 4,500 weekly or Php 19,800 monthly
2nd to 6th Month: Php 5,000 weekly or Php 22,000 monthly
7th Month to 1st year: Php 5,500 weekly or Php 24,200 monthly
1st year: Php 6,500 weekly or Php 28,600 monthly
**This is a remote WFH role based in the Philippines. We do have an office in Cebu City which we will return to once the Pandemic ends. The successful candidate will need to be open to travelling there on occasion.**
