JOB OVERVIEW:
Bank reconciliation AU and NZ (Retail)
Balance sheet reconciliation
End of months journals
Entering Invoices/Manual Invoicing
Preparing AU & NZ Creditor payments
Prepare debtors & creditors aged trial balance
Invoice matching for PO Orders
Daily sales and cash flow reports
Admin tasks
Accounts payable/receivables
Experienced in Logistics is preferable but not required (booking, receipting and payment processing)
Alongside some of these key responsibilities we are looking for someone who has the initiative to be a self-starter, resolve problems, be an effective communicator and someone who can develop strong working relationships with both stores and suppliers.
 
The ideal candidate will be a clear thinker with the ability to manage and analyze data, combined with strong prioritization skills. A team approach is mandatory. Basic understanding of the Australian retail environment is also desirable with the ability to react quickly in a fast-paced remote retail support office environment. Computer skills in Word. Excel and Outlook are also a requirement.
 
Essential to succeed in this role, the right candidate will have strong communication skills, enthusiasm, show initiative. drive, be a self-motivator, and can think outside the square, manage their time effectively, be proactive and have a great sense of humor.
 
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
