A Wellness Specialist will play a pivotal role in our health and wellbeing programs, providing guidance, education and support to our growing workforce, ensuring the company not only complies with its legal obligations, but ensures the highest possible standard of health and wellbeing is maintained for all of our staff.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide Basic Healthcare
Administer Prescribed medication and Treatment
Organize Employee Physicals
Organize and execute Wellness events and activities.
Raise Health Awareness and Knowledgeable in current health issues.
Conduct health promotion activities, at all TOA Global facilities and collaborates with departments.
Report on Employee Health
Report on HMO enrolment and cancellation
Responsible for inventory and request of medicines and medical supplies
Will be asked to submit other monthly reports or when deemed necessary.
Together with authorized company representatives, accompanies patients to a medical facility during emergency situations and coordinates the case to the hospital prior to transfer.
Selection Criteria:
• Must be a Registered Nurse.
• With 1-2 years work experience as a Company Nurse or related field.
• Should have first aid experience and know how to handle emergency situations that employees may experience.
• Preferable with updated First Aid Training and BOSH Certificate.
• Should be able to examine employees and think critically to make healthcare recommendations and can work under pressure.
• Skilled communicators, in both verbal and written mediums
