The Company

We are looking for a candidate with exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills for the role of Employee Experience Coordinator who will be assisting the Employee Experience Specialist in the daily operation and perform a variety of duties to promote employee welfare, such as resolving human relations problems and promoting employee health and well-being. You will also be responsible for collecting and analysing employee data, organising, and updating employee files, and overseeing employee orientation and training.

The Role
We are looking for a Web Developer who will be responsible for the creating, testing, and programming apps to automate business processes. The Web Developer will ensure the alignment of application architecture and user experience requirements, optimise web pages for maximum efficiency, and maintain brand consistency across the web page.
Key Responsibilities
As part of a team of the Operational Intelligence Team, your responsibilities will be to work across the website in aiding the development and when need is troubleshooting.
Large emphasis put on collaboration within the team and the ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external members.
Give your input for digital strategies of the project whilst working with the teams and providing reports.
Manage all backend and frontend operations and processes of the website to ensure the efficient and effective running of the platform.
Work on the architecture end to end and identify/mitigate any technical issues and improvements to meet business goals for the clients.
Collaborate with the executives and marketing team on various projects.
Develop comprehensive use cases and test conditions.
Take part in analysis efforts, identification, and recommendation of solutions, integration points and related implementation architecture for business usage improvements, scalability, and performance.
Provide guidance in the form of code review, solution design, and recommended training and development plans.
Write unit tests, specs, integration tests, UI tests, and acceptance tests.
Advocate for new or improved development practices that increase craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of our solutions.
Required Skills
Experience
1 to 2 years of experience in developing and launching sites, able to code a theme from scratch, build custom websites and plugins.
Knowledgeable in Basic JavaScript, PHP, and Laravel.
Knowledgeable in Basic WordPress Development.
Development and Operations skills are optional but nice to have.
Strong Debugging Skills - can diagnose issues with tools or scripting methods to replicate issues.
Skills
Bring a passion to stay on top of tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in technology communities.
Can be flexible, agile, dependable, and responsive even when there are a lot of moving parts and prefer that over following rigid processes and guidelines.
Believe that good application development includes good testing, good documentation, and good collaboration.
Have great communication and reasoning skills, including the ability to make a strong case for technology choices while understanding other viewpoints and the need to find the best possible solution for everyone.
Have a positive yet practical attitude; You are willing to take on any task that might help take one of our products, or our company, a little further.
