As a Web Content Implementation Specialist, he/she will be required to manage and update a US-based Fortune 500 company client's website content adhering to the set standards and conventions using the Crownpeak CMS. He/she should be able maintain high-quality, accurate meta & web content implementation, and responsive web pages. He/she should be able to meet the hours and deadlines that have been set for each task.
Core Functions:
Execution of client account's processes and standards
Maintain capabilities required at Specialist level
Day-to-day client communications
Quality work within standard TAT
Learn and deploy client and StraightArrow tools correctly
Provides solid but basic advice to Clients upon request.
Bachelor's/College Degree preferably Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
Preferably 1-3 years related experience specializing in IT - software or web development
Intermediate knowledge and hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, with strong problem solving skills
Knowledge and hands-on experience in using Crownpeak CMS and/or any CMS platforms
Knowledge with browser testing and debugging
Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop
Has the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
Has strong attention to details
Able to work with minimum supervision
Willing to learn and accept new challenges
Fluent in English and has strong comprehension skills
Can work with either MNL (9am-6pm), or US (8pm-5am) shifts
Amenable to work temporarily from home and has stable internet connection
