The Role
As a Wealth Specialist, you are responsible for assisting the Wealth Managers by providing administrative and logistical support. You will coordinate with branches and different units of the Bank regarding customers' requests, complaints and transactions.
How you'll contribute
Prepares the necessary documentation related to account opening, maintenance and investment transactions for customers. Ensures completeness and accuracy of such before submission to relevant units of the Bank.
Prepares simple MIS and reports for management review.
Ensures proper system and file maintenance of customer records.
Signature-verifies forms signed by customer before submission to relevant units.
Acts as Wealth Team's RCSA point person to comply with regulatory requirements.
Adheres to prescribed policies and procedures, internal control, regulatory provisions of government and private agencies.
What we're looking for
College graduate with Bachelor's Degree in Business Administrations, Finance, Accountancy, Commerce, and any other related courses
Preferably with a relevant experience in the banking, financial technology, clerical/administrative tasks
With knowledge of bank processes, policies, and regulations
Must have good organizational skills
Must be attentive to details, should be service-oriented, and with ability to mulit-task
