As a US Wealth Management- Invest Servicing Sr. Specialist II, you will receive and resolve advisor inquiries, working under limited direct supervision. You will handle the most complex advisor problems, respond to questions, research customer problems, keep records of both problems and resolution, and escalates issues to the correct department or responds within established timeframes. Duties and tasks are mostly non-routine, requiring experience to successfully accomplish tasks.
