Proactively investigate possible scammers and and other fraudulent activities
Moderate approval of threads (Premium/Paid Threads)
Answer MOD Reports
Administer PM warnings
Give sanctions to users who violated the forum rules (Temporary/Permanent Banning)
Answer all tickets related to Warrior Forum, including escalations.
Responsible for Article writing that includes any details to add in the Warrior Forum FAQs. (With videos or screenshots)
Organize sales efforts on upselling War Room, WSO threads, Stickies and Bumps
Responsible for Warrior Forum Hoodies ( verify payment, process orders and answer ticket inquiries)
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Customer Service Computer Software / Engineering 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
