We are a fast-growing startup company that provides fashionable service to customers with personalized stylish items. We are looking for a Warehouse Admin Support to help us with clerical tasks and phone support.
Job Responsibilities
Data entry.
Checklist completion and auditing.
Create and manage a to-do list.
Hold the department accountable to follow its own process.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email and chat.
Follow up on to-do's until they are completed.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
Communicate regularly and directly with managers and company leaders.
Essential Skills
Can follow a step-by-step process perfectly and consistently.
Confidence to ask questions when clarity is needed.
Have excellent time management skills and the ability to stay focused on urgent/important work that has been assigned.
Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to get on the phone and talk to US Call Center Support when needed.
Confident and patient communicator.
Proficient in MS Office and G Suite.
Must be self-driven and has a sense of accountability.
Available to be online until 12 pm Austin, Texas time.
Experience
At least 2 years of BPO experience.
Knowledge of basecamp, and a quick study of how to use it.
Experience with email and phone support.
