Job Description:ISTA Solutions, an outsourcing/offshoring company, is in search of an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our rapidly expanding team. Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
Provide accurate and detailed information about our products/services to customers
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments
Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving skills
Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the system
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve overall customer experience
Meet or exceed individual and team targets
Requirements:
At least 1 year of BPO work experience (Inbound campaigns)
Experience in healthcare account is an advantage
Excellent verbal & written English skills
Basic MS tools knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Amenable working onsite in Makati
Willing to work night shifts
