Responsibilities:
Prepare and process visa applications for clients (Japan, Schengen, US, and other major destinations).
Stay updated on visa requirements, regulations, and application processes.
Assist clients with documentation, submission, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Coordinate professionally with embassies, consulates, and visa centers.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all applications and approvals.
Provide guidance to clients and staff regarding visa policies and requirements.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of experience in processing visa applications.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of international visa requirements is an advantage.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
