Description
An ideal candidate would be able to work in an isolated and quiet environment.
The tasks performed by this candidate are:
-Email management- Sending emails, answering emails
-Providing live chat support when needed- training will be provided
-Making sure that our clients are satisfied with the customer support
-Making suggestions on how to improve customer relations
Type speed must be at least 30 WPM.
Experience with Zendesk is a plus *
Experience with Genesys is a bonus.
