Our client, a Hotel, operates a freshly renovated 60 room hotel in Australias Capital City of Canberra. With the business relaunching and becoming a contactless operation, our client is looking for a Virtual Hotel Front Desk Coordinator to support the existing team, in managing the booking process, scheduling property maintenance and housekeeping and making sure the booking websites are correct and up-to-date.
This is a work-from-home role open to qualified applicants in the following areas: Cebu City
About the Role
Answering calls, SMS and live chat from guests, booking agencies and others;
Working with our Live Answering Team who will also be handling calls outside of dedicated hours;
Making new bookings, change bookings and ensure that arrival and departure information is promptly sent;
Handling guests complaints and monitoring guests are complying with the noise policies;
Resolving guests related issues during their stay; and
Planning other tasks as needed and directed by the client.
Requirements
Previous experience in a position as a Hotel Reservations Clerk, Front Of House, Front Desk Management, Hotel Reception or experience in the BPO industry in accounts handling hotel operations at one of the major hotel groups;
Excellent English communication skills, including advanced written and spoken;
Demonstrated advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications;
Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines; and
Demonstrated experience in developing a high standard of high volume correspondence and administration.
Work From Home Requirements
Modern PC - Intel i3 or above, min 4GB ram (preferably 8GB)
USB Headset
Internet speed of 25mbps or above
